Thanking God

Genesis 1: 1-2 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth. Now the Earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters.”

Romans 1:20 “Since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities- his eternal power and divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”

I'm on vacation right now and 4 days ago my family and I went to the creation museum in Kentucky. As we enjoyed our "walk through the Bible" I was amazed by how much God created. I mean think of it; every bird, fish, plant, animal, everything. God created it all, including us. We're created in God's image. I encourage you to pause and take a moment to thank God for all the beauty that He's placed in our lives.

Extra time in the Word: Colossians 1:15-16

Which of God's creations really makes you want to thank him? Do you thank God enough for all the magnificent creations that surround us?
